Magnesium: For athletes, the aforementioned potassium is especially important in preventing muscle cramps, as a potassium deficiency can lead to muscle cramps, and also provides 60mg per serving. This is already one seventh of the daily requirement and of course reduces the likelihood of cramps.

Calcium: Calcium is found in about 60mg of coconut water. This is rather little given the daily requirement of at least 1000mg, but it certainly helps to meet the need.

Iron: Iron levels vary again and can be interesting (0.7 mg per glass) or less interesting (0.25 mg per glass). Among the other trace elements, manganese and copper are worth mentioning, but here too, extreme fluctuations often seem to occur.

Vitamins: Like all foods, coconut water contains many vitamins, but usually in trace or irrelevant amounts. The most notable is vitamin C. A glass of coconut water contains about 5 mg of vitamin C, which is very little even at the official target of 110 mg. All other vitamins are present in even lower proportions.
