Das ANÃO Kokoswasser stammt von einer schweiz-brasilianischen Plantage aus Brasilien.
Die Plantage-Arbeiter werden fair bezahlt (über Mindestlohn).
Unsere Arbeitsbedingungen sind fair, sicher & fördernd - auf den Plantagen & in der Verarbeitung.
Wir bieten 20 jugendlichen jedes Jahr eine Lehr & Ausbildungsstätte in verschiedenen Bereichen & Funktionen.
Als Beispiel: bieten wir für alle Mitarbeiter in physisch anspruchsvollen Jobs Physiotherapie & stretching an.

Our product
ANÃO consists of 100% Brazilian coconuts that are five months young. Only the direct juice of the still green coconuts is used. ANÃO does not come from concentrate and does not contain any additives or preservatives.
Our process
The coconuts of ANÃO are harvested by hand and opened and processed within 12 hours by hand.
A natural process completely without machines.
Pasteurization & Heating
Like all products filled in Tetra Pak for longer shelf life, our coconut water is pasteurized according to FDA defined parameters and briefly ultraheated to ensure 100% food safety. In this process, the minerals contained in the fruit are preserved.

Transport
Die Kokosnüsse werden im eigenen Abfüllbetrieb verarbeitet.
Mittels Camion wird die Lieferung von der Plantage zum Hafen (kurze Strecke ca. 100km) gefahren. Von dort mittels Schiff bis nach Rotterdam. Ab Rotterdam auf Schienen nach Basel und von dort mit einem Camion nach Zürich-Oerlikon in unser Lager.

Wir sind ANÃO
Wir sind das ANÃO-Team und allesamt Kokoswasser-Lovers aus Zürich. Wir lieben es während der Arbeit, in Shakes vor oder nach dem Sport und jederzeit als Erfrischung durch den Tag. Da unser Kokoswasser–Konsum stark anstieg, wir jedoch nicht zufrieden mit den erhältlichen Kokoswasser-Angeboten waren, haben wir nach einem fairen Produzenten gesucht, bei dem der Qualitätsstandard (Inhalt und Geschmack), aber vor allem der Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden und der Umwelt stimmt.
